I am using this as an extension cord so I cannot confirm its split ability or all ports are working as I only use 2. But now I connect the antenna on one side and the other to my TV. It's a simple device with a little more depth than yes or no, black and white, works or not. It worked flawlessly for me, providing a clear channel from my antenna to my TV while watching the Olympics.
