Unreliable Kitchen Appliance - Avoid It!

This was a terrible purchase that I immediately regretted. The tilt head is useless and the stainless steel is flimsy. Home and Kitchen should take this product off their shelves. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I have seen much better appliances at lower prices.
