Excellent knife for slicing ham or prosciutto
If you need to cut jamon or whole ham, this is a good choice. There was a burr on the end of the handle that I had to remove, so the finish isn't perfect. However, the blade is flexible as it should be and cuts nicely. Definitely a great price and you feel like a quality product in your hands, with a perfect fit that doesn't move and gives you confidence during use.
