After completion, the shelf looks really beautiful. However, the road to get there is terrible. There are literally 100 parts to this thing and most of the screws you have to use are very long and have to be screwed in with the smallest and most awkward allen wrench - my wrist, hands and fingers are incredibly sore after screwing them in. 60+ of them. Finding the Allen keys was a journey in itself as they weren't packaged separately with a screwdriver but in the same bag with screws and also painted the same color so I spent an hour searching the box. and my Allen wrench tool kit, which works until I finally find the one that comes with it. Apart from a million screws, the H marked part that came with my kit was not assembled properly, it looks like the notched side was upside down. Luckily my husband was able to drill new holes in the sides of the board so I could continue with my project, but as you can see in my review the holes in the middle of my shelf are visible as they don't line up on the right part. Shelves where you need to screw into the base. Also, it was almost impossible to align the drawers on the shelf and I had to make a number of modifications to get it working. Overall a good shelf, but it does have its own quirks. problems and requires FOREVER to collect.
