So I am 5'4" and weigh 155 lbs. I have a good shape, my legs are sturdy and these leg warmers are exactly what I wanted. My legs are slightly muscular so sometimes things are tight on my thighs, not these. The rubber band or whatever that is sew into the top of the warmer is good enough to hold up and doesn't strangle my thigh. These leg warmers are thick and cozy and wonderful. I wear them in the house with shorts when I'm stretching, I wear them over my leggings when I walk the trails in our city. This was a miracle that this brand was the FIRST pair I bought, then I bought another online and had to send that pair back because of poor quality. Came back and bought this 2-pack.
