The plastic disks in the bolt holes popped out when I went to install. Had to get metal washers to keep screws from going all the way thru. As far as hold ability. Not as strong as I had hoped for. I bought 2 in the past from Target-they are real solid and really hold the knives even if you bump the one next to it. If you bump a knife next to the one you grab, it falls off. But it does look good-I just have to be more careful when I grab a knife!
