My last case was bought at Walmart so not many options (unless you want a shiny dazzled car?) It was ok for a hot steering wheel but the edges were a little plasticky so in the Arizona sun, my cover looked really ghetto. It's good! No plastic edges. I was expecting to pry it open with all my might after all the reviews, but it wasn't as bad as in the past. And no, it's not free. Don't wear it like a shower cap - put half on top, put the rest on the back of the wheel and put it on. Yes, you will still pull, but you will not lose your nails =D. Trim them anyway to be on the safe side. The next day I drove, it was about 40°C outside (unfortunately I have to park there. Besides, my car is black). It was a little hot but cooled down quickly. Doesn't slip, not bad at all. This beautiful cover made my unexpected new life in Arizona bearable, even with a black car!
