Are you kidding me?!
The packaging was terrible. I used it to clean tiles in the kitchen. Absolutely useless! He did nothing but sit and vibrate slightly. I even bought extra spacers for this thing. It's called Black & Decker and doesn't come with any features that you need to delete. An ordinary mop with a sponge does the job light years better. What a disappointment. Note: If you remove the handle and use it by hand (recommend good knee pads), it works fine. Then the pen is a complete joke that makes you angry at the deception. Shame on Black & Decker.
