We were so excited and ready to *love* this car seat for all the safety features, but what came out was...cheap. Unfavorable. Thinly filled with material that could be permanently removed. Everything felt… cheap, from the plastic of the seat to the closure system, buckles and clasps. Even the chest strap was light. The seat belt adjuster is located behind the child's back, making it difficult to adjust without removing the child from the seat. The buckles on the shoulder straps and headrest were far from intuitive and quite difficult to manipulate. The padding on the back of the seat creates an odd sitting position when the infant cushion is removed. We were incredibly disappointed. We quickly went from unboxing to sending back without even trying to install it.
