I'm 5'4" 300ish lbs. I got a 2X. They are too long in the leg (I had to fold down and therefore double and triple the top for them to kinda fit) and too long in the foot (I again had to fold down the end and double and triple the fabric to get it to fit. and not squish my toes together very uncomfortably). I am wearing them to church so let's hope I can atleast tolerate them for a half-day. We have these small, high windows in each bedroom. I tried this film on both and they turned out better than I expected. It comes with a blade, small ruler and the smallest microfiber washcloth I’ve ever seen. You’ll also need a squeegee (or in my case, a library card), and a way to spray water on the window. I use this for my gelding that gets a bad cough. He eats it but the first few times were definitely hard. It has a strong smell but my picky horse got over it. I prefer the powder but it seems almost everyone is out of that. With the powder you can mix it in water and syringe feed it.
