One word for this product - SAVE! Tried different methods of sleep training. Nothing worked. Some nights I might get to 5 hour stretches, but putting your baby to bed at 8pm doesn't really help because he wakes up at 1am. At 10 weeks of age and a week before I was due to go back to school, my son only slept an average of 3-4 hours a night. I was running out of options and I really had to do something to get him to sleep more or I would probably fail school. After doing more research, I found that the moro or startle reflex is present in infants until about 4-5 months of age. Therefore, babies under 6 months are mostly scared while sleeping and this is the main reason why they often wake up at night. I have about 4 or 5 weeks b. stopped diapering my son, he hated his diapers and always unraveled them in his sleep (he's a very strong baby so I thought that was the best option when I saw velcro on it). ). So I bought them in Big BC, my son is already 15lbs. He slept 6 hours the first night, 8 hours the second night, and 12 hours the third night. Yes. TWELVE. CLOCK. JUST! Well that was a few weeks ago and he was consistently sleeping 12 hours every night. So when do people say a baby under 3 months old can't sleep through the night? Well it is. My son is living proof that this is possible lol. Don't waste your money on all those expensive books and sleep training methods. You all have conflicting advice and you will go insane. Stick to the basics. One thing about this, however, is that your baby should be eating more throughout the day and will be very hungry when he wakes up, so you'll need to adjust his diet, but this is so much better than sleep deprivation!
