We love these diapers! They are really easy to use and you can change a diaper without twisting your arms by folding the bottom. We just bought the large size for our 2 month old after using the small since birth. Now he is about 13 pounds and 24 inches, and the small size is too small! The plus size looks a lot bigger so it has more legroom! Here is a comparison of our small size with the big one.

I bought the original 3 packs of SwaddleMe and after the first few nights of using one, the strings holding the seams together at the 'foot end' of the diaper came undone. They wrapped tightly around my child's fingers, interrupting his circulation. The seams have also come undone leaving holes in the bottom of the diaper.
