I really like the idea behind this product. The fans are good, not too loud at full speed. Rubber mounts to reduce vibration noise also seem to work. However, there is only one problem. The regulator for this is switched on when the fans are switched off. So if you're using these fans in a critically cooled project (I use them to cool an external hard drive), if there's a power outage you'll have lost cooling until someone presses a button on the controller again. . I would have preferred them turned on (even at full speed). I ended up connecting the fans directly.
