I have three of these sticks total, and I purchased them at three separate occasions. In particular, it was discovered that the final copy had some sort of flaw. Both the power source through the USB port on the television and the outlet contribute to an almost ridiculous level of heat production in this device. I believe that this is the reason why the Bluetooth connection drops, the device stops recognizing the remote control, the connection with Wi-Fi is lost, programs hang, and other fun things happen.
