Super sharp! Nice design, but if you need support: FORGET IT! I bought this knife in 2016. In 2019 I noticed that the underside of the knife, which used to have a metal part, was gone. I'm not sure when it felt like. I only noticed a few weeks ago. The knife is great and has a super sharp edge, but I'm a little sad because it doesn't look as pretty as it used to. Also, the tip is broken. The support team explained that a broken tip is normal and that the owner should handle the product very carefully. I'm so careful that I have a special lid for it, as well as a special place in the kitchen. I like my knife very much. As for the bottom, customer service rep Laura Andersen promised the company would send me a new knife in a couple of weeks once they were in stock. According to her, this should have happened back in October, but now the end of November is approaching, and all communication with the company's support service has stopped.
