The fact that it's a cloud-based service makes it very easy to use. It is also very secure, meaning it is not vulnerable to hacking as well as malware. I like that it doesn't require any downloads or software installations, which makes it easy for my clients to use. I dislike that sometimes it takes time to load and become available, but this is easily fixed by simply waiting a few seconds. We've been using Dtex for about two years now and have found it to be very useful in protecting our client's websites from hackers.
