I love this fly mask. It fits my 16.2 cm mare perfectly. The padding around the back of the head is fluffy soft and therefore very comfortable for them. The two Velcro straps are a little wider than most and quite long, giving you plenty of room to adjust if you want them to be snug or prefer to leave them a bit looser around your horse's neck and cheeks. The strands at the bottom are great for repelling flies while still allowing them to breathe and eat freely. My trainer bought one for his horse who has a slightly smaller head and needed to trim the strands a bit shorter so they wouldn't bother her gelding. So this is an option if you find the threads are too long for your horse. All in all a very high quality product at an unbeatable price!
