ActiveWrap foot and ankle wrap is the perfect product This is a high quality product that has reduced inflammation in my swollen ankle. I wish I had because of the many injuries I've had in sports since my school days. After reading many reviews I realized that this is the best company for me. This wraps the entire area and helps reduce swelling faster than disposable ice packs. This is more cost effective in the long run and does a much better job than "icing". I screamed the first time I used it because the ice packs were sooo cold. In fact, this is the same cold when my physical therapist applies his "ice" during therapy. It was cold enough by the time it was time to remove it. Now I cheat and just give him a few minutes to warm up before I wrap him.
