Not happy with this product, bad in use.
Turning to the manufacturer, I want to say that when buying a product worth almost 18,000, you still expect a more acceptable quality and a more reverent attitude towards the consumer. I demand a replacement of the product, I do not need a refund, because I liked the model itself. I hope my feedback will be heard. Thank you.

- Bought the chair a few days ago. The chair is comfortable, ergonomic, it is clear that everything is thought out, but I will write about the reasons for dissatisfaction in the "disadvantages", in short, the goods came to me with a marriage
- After assembling the chair, several problems emerged. 1 - The chair has a curved back along one of the axes 2 - abrasions and dotted paint were found on the handrails and crosspiece 3 - one of the decorative elements (overlay on the handrail) was initially damaged, the legs were partially broken, which caused the element to break during installation 4 - the fabric also raised questions due to the protrusion of threads in some places and bald spots (all evidence in the photo).
