Review on Kenmore 9999 Refrigerator Water Filter by Rory Stice

Not a good product at all. Bought it and tried to put it in my fridge. I heard a pop in my fridge and the filter didn't click and stayed in place. Paid $150 Sears repair to fix what I thought was a broken fridge. It turns out that the filter shifted part of the fridge (I was able to put it back, nothing broke) but the plastic part at the end of the filter was the cause. MUST be fixed in place and not moving in order for it to connect to the fridge. Unfortunately, the part slides and comes off easily, preventing the part from connecting to it in the fridge and it will fall out of place.
