2.5 hours and now my chest looks like swiss cheese because of all the different mounting holes I've tried. I just couldn't get it to stay closed no matter where I placed the hinges, the lid was floating 1/4" over the edge. No instructions are included - you just need the ones in the product description. To be fair, I have problems with spatial reasoning, some people were able to get it to work, so you might consider this user error - it just seems like you can get a template for $30 to take all the guesswork out of the process pretty sure my measurements are correct so I give up I thought there was a video but the video on the product page is for a different product.
