I am amazed at how well this steam cleaner works. I had an old Bissell that worked great but broke recently. I didn't want to invest in another Bissell because they are expensive but it's very important to have it with me when I'm cleaning the house. My friend loved it so I decided to give it a try. I'm very glad I did. When they say this is a commercial strain, they are not kidding. This is a small, powerful 1500 watt steamer that works a lot better than my old Bissell. He has easily mastered all cleaning tasks that I have set him. Functionality amazes with 9 different attachments. You get 2 mop heads, a carpet stand, a mop, a clothes steamer, a concentrate attachment, a small cleaning brush, a medium cleaning brush, a grout cleaning tool and a super scrubber. Not only are these attachments great for cleaning hardwood and tile, but also sealed stone, stainless steel, sealed grout and more. My favorite carpet cleaner. It is very easy to use and has worked wonders when my dog peed on the carpet. Urine came out immediately and even the smell disappeared. Other attachments can steam your clothes, steam your glass shower door, and more. You can even turn it into a wearable device. The possibilities of what I can clear with this are endless. It was very easy to assemble and use. The attachments are easy to change and it's easy to turn it into a portable device. I love how quickly it heats up. My old Bissell took 10-15 minutes. This baby is ready in 20 seconds. YES, you read that right, I said 20 seconds! The water tank is extra large so I can clean my entire bathroom including the tile, shower, glass shower door, garden tub, extra long double sink with two large mirrors and a toilet. My old Bissell had to be refilled at least twice for this. Even better is that I can use tap water. It was so painful to reach for distilled water when I wanted to use an old steamer. It is light and very manoeuvrable. It's well designed and well made. I couldn't be happier with this steam cleaner. I really like cleaning with it. There's nothing quite like watching the mud melt away. I would happily give him more than 5 stars because he deserves it!
