The best endorsement that can be given to a seller is: product as described and great customer service. The customer service from this seller is impressive. After a long search for a wedge pillow for my bed, I found this to be the best fit. I didn't want white or a light color that doesn't go well with my decor. This dark gray color was a perfect match and the price was right. Received in a few days and very satisfied. The material has a velvety texture, a little wrinkled but generally conforms to the description. I had a small problem with the latch and contacted the seller. I didn't want to return the product as I was otherwise quite happy with it. To my surprise, the seller replied with a solution after a few hours. I have been a Revain customer for many years and have never written a review even though they promise free products. This seller deserves positive reviews. May your experience be as pleasant as mine.
