Review on 39.75 Inch Stainless Steel Sliding Library Ladder Hardware Kit - DIYHD (No Ladder Included) by Gregory Castellanos

I ordered two of the extension tracks for as you can see in the pics. I installed a 12’ track on the other side of the cabinet. They sent me one long rod. Well I’m a custom woodworker and want stuff done right, so I had to take it too a machine shop and have it cut to make sure the ends were cut square. They did give me a refund on this one but the time and cost I had into (machine shop and travel time)was way more than what they cost. And waiting for a replacement to come from China not an option with the install date I had set with the client. I’ll post a review for the 12’ track also, the 12’ track splice and the splice that came with the extension were too big. So I had to take the splice to a machine shop also and have it turned down and didn’t find that out till I was onsite at the customers.
