Poor quality on jewelry

Very poor quality. Tissue paper is folded, cut incompletely, or cut with very jagged edges. Wrinkled. Some had the white ribbon fall off completely, others had to be tied because they were loose and off center. All these problems contributed to tears and poor flowering outcome. See photos.
