There were such high hopes for these boxes. A few of my 20 piece sets have cracked - some of the lids had poor suction. I contacted OXO customer service and got a record saying they had a long wait and I left a message. Left 8 messages in 3 weeks before finally just waiting on hold for over 40 minutes to speak to anyone. They explained that their messages weren't working and that they only got a busy signal when they played them - it looks like a big company should be able to fix that. She told me to call Revane about my problem as they sent it. I explained that the note in the box said to call OXO. She said people often tell her about it. She doesn't understand why they are doing this. I told her I could send her photos of broken boxes and a note inside the box asking me to contact customer service. She was useless. The boss was in a meeting. Unfortunately I've waited so long for my voicemails to be answered that the Revain window has expired. Not the quality product or customer service experience I was expecting for my $200. If they had answered the call and offered to send me a replacement I might have given them 5 stars but for the quality of the product and the service I received I will not be a repeat customer and cannot recommend them to anyone.
