Review on 🚰 WEWE Brushed Nickel Pull Out Kitchen Faucet, High Arc Single Handle Stainless Steel Sink Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer by John Lewis

Our kitchen faucet recently broke and we have ordered this faucet to replace. We are pleased to receive it relatively quickly and to be able to install it this weekend so we can use our kitchen sink again. When we opened the box, however, we immediately noticed a large scratch on the long part of the faucet. This is definitely a quality control issue as the scratch will eventually rust, not to mention it looks really bad. We are very upset because now we don't need our kitchen sink until we buy another one. This is a great inconvenience. I can't believe something like this wasn't found during the quality check before the product was packed and shipped! Very disappointed as we were really looking forward to installing this kitchen faucet and getting our sink working again! UPDATE: We have updated our rating from 1 to 5 stars due to the excellent customer service we received after posting our original review. WEWE probably has the best customer service we have ever received from any company. They sent us a flawless faucet via DHL courier from China, which arrived a few days later, and a smaller stove, also from China via DHL. After installing the faucet we really liked it, it looks great and works great. Once again, WEWE went above and beyond to make this scenario fit for us and we were very, very impressed with their customer service.
