This is a 3080TI from a small company. It can run everything at a maximum of 144 fps 2k for all main optimized titles. The only thing that bothered me was Zotac and such. Support. The GPU software is somewhat lacking (GPU LED control was buggy initially) and the installation guide was also missing (nowhere says you need 2 different PCI/GPU cables in the box, I had to research). No major issues since I don't have to fiddle with the card (overclocking, fan curves, etc.). I expect those things to be better at this $1.8k MSRP. MSRP for the 3080TI is around $1,300, with Zotac listing an MSRP of $1,800. To be expected given the current supply chain situation, but I would have liked a better LED install/configuration experience at this price point.
