It's a no for me on my review.

I got a large, 5'6 my waist is 32 1/2 and my tummy area is 39 1/2. The band on the bottom keeps going up and I tried to tight the band as much as I could. I can't even return it because el paso,tx is on lock down and we can't leave unless its essential. I think this product is meant for slender people that want to make there waist more smaller.

Pros

I wear this item to the gym everyday and it makes me sweat..

Cons

I always order a 3x and this didn't fit to size. It's smaller in size. It is not the accurate size.
