Although it is described as "ONE STEP SETUP PRINTER" for Mac and Windows, this is dead wrong. For Mac, you get both a PDF and a Youtube video with conflicting instructions. Instructions include downloading Unix files and using the Terminal app to install drivers. However, the terminal commands are different between the PDF version and the Youtube version, and neither version works with the first command, resulting in terminal errors. The youtube instructions are high speed so you have to slow it down to 10% to follow it and the recording resolution is poor which makes it difficult to follow. I've been using Macintosh computers since 1984, have been a sysoper, and have reviewed and installed about 15,000 applications and files, so I'm more experienced than most Mac users. This printer has the worst setup I have ever seen. Tech support insists on using the WhatsApp app (mobile only) for correspondence, making it much harder for tech support to show screenshots of Mac setup issues. I do not recommend this for MACINTOSH.
