The best thing about Concessio is its customer service. They are always available to answer any queries and help you with all aspects of Cognos implementation. I have worked with many IT companies over the years but Concessio has been one of the most responsive, easy to work with and highly professional. There really isn't anything that I dislike at this point. If you want to be able to easily access and use Cognos from anywhere, Concessio is definitely the way to go. We were looking for a solution to consolidate our finance data into one place so we could provide better insight across departments and business units. Concessio was able to quickly identify what was required and implement a system that was tailor made for us, which will allow us to see all of our finance information in one place.
