I have reviewed this product and am actually uploading another review of this product to Youtube, but would like to leave one here. I give 5 stars for the packaging, 4 stores for the design of these bits, 2.5 stars for the overall design of these bits, which is where most of my issues with this product lie. Because the chisels have minor processing, I feel this is not a professional chisel or chisel that a pro would use. The metal blades of the chisel show signs of rust and are coated with some kind of sticky substance. and also have small pits or defects on the blade. It seems they were stored in a damp warehouse. I think the sticky substance should be something like a rust inhibitor or something that protects the blades being applied unevenly to the chisels, if that's what it's meant to be. You would hit it with a hammer also looks bent and loose on some grips and also that some grips look deformed where the top band is causing the band not to fit properly. Also, one of the handlebars just below the top bar looked damaged, like it had been pressed against the handlebar to seat it properly. Also, the finish on some grips looks like it's some sort of polyurethane, and it's obviously applied unevenly, leaving an inconsistent finish. Also, some of the metal blades on the chisel are not seated properly in the handles, so they don't line up with the flats on the handles. So all in all it gives the impression of a cheap tool made out of buckshot. I like that the handles are made of wood and how they are shaped but I am not happy with the finish they have as I feel they get slippery during use. if you use. I would have preferred to have some sort of Danish oil or rifle stock oil applied to the grip that would hold up better with prolonged use. But you can't have everything in a cheap chisel set. I wouldn't recommend them for professional use, but I think they'll probably be fine for casual use. The overall value of these chisels is good for those just starting out. But I would recommend them to anyone who is just starting out in woodworking and is trying to build their toolbox on a budget with budget tools. And they will probably make a nice set of chisels that you can pass on to your child or grandchild who could be proud to have the grandparents' chisels that they used to make a really nice table if they are very well cared for.
