Lost all my photos

Have used this card successfully in my Android phone for several months. Then I noticed that it does not appear and my photos are stored on the internal memory. When I tried to insert the card directly into the PC to transfer the previous content, it could not be recognized. I've tried an eraser, isopropanol, different adapters, different PCs (!) and recovery programs. Simply imperceptible. I'm not sure how many photos I've lost, but I think for a few weeks.
