The locking mechanism does not work.
Nice strong zip that goes with my Colombian fleece jacket. The pull tab on the original zip broke so I wanted to replace it with a different zip as I thought it would be a good choice. Well it's a good zipper but the locking mechanism doesn't work at all. I see that there is a spring inside, but it doesn't stretch or compress, it doesn't stop the zipper from moving/moving to the locked position. If I wanted a regular zipper with no lock, I would go with a cheaper zipper. Works but disappointed.
