I love that it allows me to create custom tags, which in turn allow my clients' content to show up with their own tag automatically! The customer service is great too; they responded quickly when we had questions/issues regarding this tool's features. We don't really have any dislikes about anything as far as using this product goes - it works well so everything has been positive feedback from our end. They do offer additional integrations like email marketing tools (if you want those). This may be useful if your business needs are more robust than what these limited addons can provide at first glance. If all of your website traffic consists solely off SEO keywords then there isn't much need or use here because you're probably optimizing other aspects already anyway without needing an extra layer to help with tagging issues. Not having easy access to data insights into how people interact directly after clicking through links within articles via social media sites also presents some issue since many businesses aren't sure exactly who saw.
