Thank you Green Sky! (I've just finished my GCSE and have time to write this updated review, so it's late.) I've had no trouble printing in black and white. But in color mode I am very disappointed because of the leak. I am complaining about this product to help Greensky improve their product because I was impressed with the quality of their black cartridges and packaging. I hope they can do the same with color cartridges.
