update: the seller was very helpful in solving my problems. immediately asked for help. They sent me a new lamp and I was able to install and run it. it takes patience, but once up, very good light. Thanks again. I would rate 3.75 just for the time it takes the first time. a word. aggravating. It took too long to connect each wire tube with real light. It took about an hour to insert each wire and get them to actually stay in place. The assembly part was easy because I already had many lights installed. We went to check the lights and one of the lights didn't work. he passed out from within. So I now had to unscrew to find a wire that caused the other wires to now separate from the light source. there must be a better way to solve this problem. 2 hours and I think I lit this light...
