I'm not sure if I read it wrong or the name of this item is not clear, but with the pictures it seems to me that 3 rails will arrive but I I only received 1 splint. I ordered 78 inches. Also, you really need the baseplate because you literally have to drill it into the baseplate or it won't work properly. And since I don't have a baseboard, I won't drill it into the ground. In summary, if you don't have a baseboard, you're screwed. But otherwise I like it
