Review on LAOMAO Desktop Computer Case Switch with Dual USB Ports, Power Reset Button, and LED Lights for Enhanced SEO by Glen Elevyn

Good for the price but a few caveats

Overall this is a decent switch with a few caveats. 1) Fit and done. The plastic on the switch body is the cheapest. You can really "feel" how cheap it is. The rubber around the cable is also hard and plasticy rather than soft and rubbery. Finally, note that the cable has a female/male connector on the end, making it easier to use in an actual computer case. It was very difficult for me to connect the plug to the outlet. I suspect that one of the pins has been pushed backwards a bit. I ended up having to use my nails to dig in and press around the edges, and while I was finally able to get it in, I had to gouge out the plastic plug with my nails in the process (I had to put in a lot of effort). ). FYI: I'm a *very* strong guy, so the problem was definitely the fork. 2) Regarding the mounting options, the switch body only has adhesive pads on the bottom. There's not one of those manual keyhole patterns where you could insert a screw or two into your desk and lock it, like what you see at the bottom of the extension, for example. So I'm dependent on how long these sticky pads will last and keep them in place. This won't last long as I'm moving and the switch will need to be removed when I move my desk. Overall I think it's still a decent switch for the price compared to alternatives on the market at the time, but I would like the nitpicks mentioned above to be addressed.
