8/6 - UPDATE: I've wrapped black tape around the top of the handle, we'll see it will do, but now the gasket that 'screws' into the wiper is supposed to fall off the squeegee head again and again - so what! At this point I need to build myself a mop! I assume the solution to this problem is to buy double M3 tape? They think Bruce's rep would contact customers who leave a ONE STAR rating, but they are obviously too busy to take our money instead of providing customer service. Thank you Bruce! I bought this mop for $43, a terry cloth mop head and a bottle cleaner. The clear and terry cloth mop work well for the price I paid. However, the handle wasn't that easy to assemble as it came with small plastic parts. The bottom part of the grip fitted well but the top part fitted well and the plastic part that ideally should have been used for a good fit didn't work, it was too big. Now that top handle is permanently detached from the bottom handle! This happens when I use the mop and when it's hanging in the closet. I tried using an electric faucet and it didn't work (twice!) and now I have to resort to a faucet! What is that 1970!? I hate the duct tape that the men in the family use as a goddamn tool! I paid $43 for a mop and expect it to work! Now I have to buy duct tape and see if it sticks together! Thank you Bruce!
