The claims made by Oldboytech regarding their top-notch customer service and innovative products at affordable costs are unsubstantiated. I was really unhappy with the company's lack of professionalism and its subpar goods as a consumer. Their website is illogical and challenging to use. I had a hard time locating the item I was looking for, and when I did, the high costs astonished me. I had trouble making an informed choice because the product descriptions were brief and lacking key information. I was dismayed to see that my stuff was of terrible quality when it eventually arrived. When I tried to contact their customer service for assistance because the product did not perform as promised, I was confronted with a nasty and unhelpful individual. They made no attempt to solve my problem and offered no answers. In the end, I had a bad experience and a defective product. Doing business with Oldboytech is strongly discouraged since they break their commitments and show no consideration for their clients.
