Egg! at Specialty Tools & Gadgets

I am pleasantly surprised at how easy they are to cut and how efficient the quail egg opening process is. Although I've only used it for a few other things as my quail have only recently started laying eggs, I'm happy to report that I haven't had any issues with eggshell particles getting into my pan. I will definitely recommend this particular brand to my egg buyers.
