Let's start with the pros: - price - teeth improved noticeably after the first use! - Taste is normal! - Didn't cause sensitivity (I have very sensitive teeth) - I like that these are strips, not mouthguards. Cons: - They slip a bit in your mouth. I would recommend just watching TV or reading a book while using them. You will slip if you try to speak! - They come in a small pouch that isn't resealable, which was a bit odd for me. As I said, this is only my first time using it, so I'll update my review after trying it a few times. The bottom line is that for the price they are amazing at the moment but if you are looking for ZERO hassles I would suggest buying comb strips.
