The template instructions included to hang the shelves stated to "mark the right side of the template hole yourself". Never seen anything like it! After attempting to do this 8 times, and putting 8 holes in the wall, the holes still didn't line up. And no wonder, when you measure the distance of the holes on the back of the shelf, it measures in between the smallest of markers. Also, the template is made of paper which was folded up several times and is very difficult to lie flat on the back of the shelf to attempt to mark the right hole in the template. Returning the product with instructions to pay me back for the holes I had to repair in the walls. WORST INSTRUCTIONS EVER!
