Good quality; works perfectly
I am very impressed with the fabric and quality of this dress. The fabric feels dense, soft and durable. The dress is well made and of good quality. My 3 year old wears a size 3T and this dress is too big for her. It should be 3/4 sleeves but they fit her almost like regular sleeves so keep that in mind when choosing your size.

- The dress may not have enough room for layers.
