Tend makes it easy manage customer account information

I like how this program can be used with multiple phone numbers for different clients without having to setup each number separately which would make sense but not necessary because of all the features you get once installed! The interface could use some work in general but other than that everything works well so far. This has saved our business money by reducing paper usage significantly and we are able to send large files at times too from one location to another saving us trips back an forth between locations.
