Not bad not the best hair care
I think this is a decent product in terms of deep conditioners but I was expecting a bit more from Innersense. I find my hair is softer and seems more hydrated with their default conditioner (Moisturizing Cream Conditioner) so I'm not sure I would buy again based on the price and quantity of product you receive. Maybe my hair feels better because the deep conditioner has more protein? If you don't already have problems with dry hair this will probably do the trick, but my wet hair does better with a standard conditioner.
