I ordered this rechargeable battery pack for my Xbox One controller from Hixon and when I first received it the chip in the charger didn't recognize that the battery was low and would do not start loading. It later appeared to boot up and work, but initially not as described in the manual, which indicated to me that a faulty "motherboard" chip inside was the most likely cause. I contacted the company via email using the email address provided, but I never received the response I was aware of! Luckily, Revain's customer service responded immediately and sent me another to replace the faulty one. This time it worked exactly as the instructions describe it: the lights turned red as expected when the battery was inserted and fully charged within a few hours (unlike the other, faulty one which didn't charge them for several days at first ). ). This is a great budget charger with more capacity but be careful! .because of course there is a 50% chance that you will receive a defective device that does not work properly! I would recommend however, if the item does not work as described when you purchase it, contact customer service for a new replacement!
