Not what I expected, but useful nonetheless.
So it was a heating pad with six spare heads in one pack and then two spare heads in a separate pack. I didn't expect another heater/socket and I don't really need it either. However everything in the envelope came with an unused post box which I think I may use in the future so I appreciate that.
