They've worked fantastic on my little girl. This is a 2nd generation pitcher (jack russell and pug mix) and at 15lbs the big one suits her perfectly! He perfectly protected her healing wound from sterilization. It also prevents her from licking the wound (although she did not attempt this 9 days post-op). It seems that she is much more comfortable in it than in a cone collar. She has absolutely no problem peeing or pooping in him and he's never worn a suit. I cut off the legs because her legs are smaller and when she slept her legs sometimes got stuck in the suit. I have 3 Tony Hobie pajamas in different materials and I love them all. I recommend his brand 100%.
